Peccole Ranch is a community in west Last Vegas composed of condos and homes that were mostly built from the mid-1980’s to mid-1990’s.
The community boasts of an 18-hole disc golf course with mostly flat and moderately wooded course landscape and terrain.
It also has an Apple Drive tunnel, restaurants, tennis courts, a football field, playground, swimming pools, well-manicured wide strip parks and a network of green belts and walking trails that is 2.9 miles long.
The trails are used by the more than 9,000 residents for walking and jogging but are not advisable for serious biking due to the dangerous and curvy paths.
Peccole Ranch is elevated, nestled between 2,750 ft. to 2,920 ft. above sea level. It is managed by the Peccole Ranch Community Association (PRCA) who makes sure that everything inside the community is in order.
Nearby communities who make up Peccole Ranch’s neighborhood claim to have loved the place since it is clean, beautiful, peaceful, well-maintained, and dog and family-friendly.
Peccole Ranch’s streets are clean and lined with pine trees, making the ranch a one-of-a-kind community in Nevada.
